We are hiring “Senior Azure Cloud Architect” at Systems Limited (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan).

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with application and network teams to troubleshoot and resolve cloud and network-related issues.

Design, document, and finalize architectures for new applications hosted on Azure.

Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including Architectural design documents, Network diagrams, Disaster Recovery (DR) setup and documentation, Solution design and implementation plans

Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows at the application level to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Manage and oversee disaster recovery (DR) configurations and ensure regular testing for readiness.

Review and approve architectural changes, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security guidelines.

Provide technical leadership during architecture reviews, audits, and performance optimization initiatives.

Support and mentor cloud engineers and developers in adopting best practices for Azure deployment and automation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10–15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Azure cloud architecture and engineering.

Strong expertise in Azure architecture, networking, and cloud engineering (mandatory).

Proven experience with Azure services such as Virtual Networks, App Services, Azure Active Directory, Load Balancers, and ARM templates.

Hands-on experience in creating architectural and DR documentation for enterprise-scale systems.

Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or ARM templates for automation.

Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance principles.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (AZ-305 or equivalent).

Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-premise integrations.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience in performance tuning, cost optimization, and monitoring in Azure environments.
