🎯 Senior AR Engineer

We’re building a next-gen warehouse vision platform using AR and computer vision for real-time inventory detection and barcode scanning.

Looking for someone who can build, optimize, and deliver, not learn on the job.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

⏩ Design and implement AR-based multi-object detection and tracking systems for warehouse environments.

⏩ Develop high-performance mobile components in Kotlin optimized for on-device (non-cloud) real-time processing. 

⏩ Integrate barcode/QR detection systems and develop custom AR overlay logic for product validation workflows. 

⏩ Optimize image processing pipelines to reduce inference latency (target: approach sub-0.3s per shelf/bin region). 

⏩ Improve performance under difficult conditions: dim lighting, angled labels, partial occlusion, curved surfaces. 

⏩ Collaborate closely with product leadership to scale computer vision features for commercialization. 

⏩ Evaluate and integrate third-party SDKs when appropriate, and replace them strategically when needed.
