Job Overview
We are a UAE-based firm looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant with strong practical experience in finalization of accounts and preparation of audit drafts. This role is ideal for someone who has actually worked on audit files—not just bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
•Finalization and closure of accounting books on a monthly and annual basis
•Preparation of complete audit drafts (TB/Bulk Data to financial statements)
•Drafting financial statements and related schedules
•Reviewing ledgers, reconciliations, and adjusting entries
Required Experience & Skills
•Proven experience in account closing and audit draft preparation
•Must have prior hands-on experience in an audit firm, specifically in audit draft preparation.
•Experience working with UAE-based clients is an advantage
•Strong Excel skills and accounting software experience
•Attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset
Qualification
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
•ACCA / CA Inter / Finalist preferred (but not mandatory with strong experience)
