We’re Hiring Scrum Master (Remote) at Masaj Co.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to manage multiple squads (software & non-software) and drive the successful adoption of Agile practices across the organization.

The role involves:

✅ Leading Scrum framework implementation across diverse teams.

✅ Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

✅ Coaching teams & mentoring department heads to step into Product Owner roles.

✅ Removing roadblocks and enabling teams to self-organize.

✅ Driving collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement.

📍 Location: Pakistan (Remote)

💰 Salary: Remittance

Requirements:

✔️ 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master handling multiple squads (software & non-software).

✔️ Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum practices.

✔️ Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.

✔️ PMP Certification

✔️ Scrum Certification
