Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a skilled SAP (ERP) Officer to manage and support ERP operations in our garment factory at Korangi, Karachi. The candidate will ensure smooth system transactions related to production, inventory, costing, and shipment processes.
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:- Bachelorโs degree in Information Systems, Business Administration
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:- 1โ3 years of experience working with SAP in garment/apparel industry preferred.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Handle daily ERP transactions for production, warehouse, and finance.
- Manage BOM creation and material consumption tracking.
- Monitor GRN, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
- Generate production, inventory, and financial reports from the ERP system.
- Support modules within SAP ERP, including:
ย * Materials Management (MM)
ย * Production Planning (PP)
- Assist in ERP audits and system accuracy checks.
- Coordinate with factory and warehouse teams to resolve system issues.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- Strong understanding of garment production and inventory flow.
- Knowledge of BOM, costing, and warehouse management.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during shipment deadlines.
