Qualifications and Skills
Ā· Client Collaboration & Delivery Act as the primary Salesforce admin contact for client stakeholders and business users.
Ā· Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document business needs, and propose Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices
Ā·Ā Translate requirements into configuration tasks and deliver enhancements in agreed timelines.
Ā· Provide regular status updates, communicate risks/dependencies, and ensure clarity on scope and priorities.
Ā· Salesforce Administration & Configuration Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings per client requirements.
Ā· Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Lightning record pages.
Ā· Build and optimize automation using Salesforce Flow (screen flows, record-triggered flows), email alerts, and approvals.
Ā· Maintain Salesforce data integrity through governance, validation, deduplication, and periodic audits.
Ā· Reporting, Support & Continuous Improvement Create and maintain reports/dashboards for client KPIs and operational reporting needs.
Ā· Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents/requests through a ticketing process.
Ā· Support UAT, prepare test scripts, coordinate releases, and assist with deployments using Change Sets/DevOps tools.
Ā· Create client-ready documentation (training materials, SOPs, release notes, configuration documentation) and conduct training sessions.
Desirables
Ā· 2ā3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Ā· Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts: data model, security model, sharing, and Lightning Experience.
Ā· Practical experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative configuration.
Ā· Experience creating reports, dashboards, and basic analytics for business stakeholders.
Ā· Experience with data imports/exports and cleanup using Data Loader or equivalent tools.
Ā· Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
Ā· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client delivery environment.
Preferred Qualification
Ā· Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Ā· Salesforce Platform App Builder / Advanced Admin.
Ā· Exposure to Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud features.
Ā· Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira/ServiceNow, and release management practices Basic understanding of Apex/SOQL for troubleshooting and collaboration with developers.
