DataDrivesInsight.com is hiring Sales/Business Development Executives (Remote).
Data Drives Insight, an organisational psychology and people analytics company working with international clients, is inviting applications from recent Business School graduates for a Sales/Business Development Executive role. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates based in Pakistan.
Role overview:
The selected candidate will support business growth through outreach, client engagement and pipeline development while working with global teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales outreach
- Engage with prospects via email and calls
- Qualify leads and set up appointments
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Track outreach activities and support business development initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confidence in professional calls and client conversations
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of sales/business development
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Self-driven and organised mindset
Preferred:
- Prior exposure to sales or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM tools
