Position: Sales Trainer for UK Sales Team (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

•Train, coach, and mentor the UK sales team to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.

•Conduct structured sales training sessions focused on UK market standards and customer expectations.

•Ensure team compliance with the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

•Monitor daily sales activities and evaluate individual and team KPIs.

•Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

•Motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed assigned targets.

•Maintain high-quality communication standards aligned with UK sales practices.

•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for effective strategy execution.

•Prepare and submit regular performance and results reports to management.

Requirements

•Excellent spoken English with clear British accent, fluency, and tone.

•Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, UK Sales Team Lead, or Senior Sales Agent.

•4–5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in UK or international campaigns.

•Strong hands-on knowledge of the complete sales process.

•Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills with a proven results record.

•Strong communication, presentation, and motivational abilities.

•Ability to perform in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Walk-in Interviews 

Days: Monday to Friday 

Time: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Compensation & Working Hours

•Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience and performance)

•Working Hours: Flexible timings with a 2-hour flexible window, as per company policy

Location: 13B, E2, Gulberg III, hali road near kalma chowk, Lahore
