Location: 100% Remote (Pakistan-based)

Stipend: month + Performance Commissions

Shift: 3:00PM-12AM

About the Role:

TRIOTECH SYSTEMS is seeking a tech-savvy, high-energy Sales & Outreach Intern to join our growth team. In 2026, sales is about more than just volume—it’s about relevance. You will be at the forefront of our business development, using AI-driven tools, video prospecting, and social selling to engage decision-makers across global markets.

How We Will Help You Grow (Training & Support):

Discovery Phase: Learn to drive conversations from cold email to booked meeting; buyer psychology

Workflow Mastery: Time Blocking method to reach 50+ prospects daily without overwhelm

Toolbox Training: AI Research tools, CRMs (HubSpot), video tools (Loom)

Live Shadowing: Join live sales calls with senior leaders; learn negotiations and objection handling

Key Responsibilities:

Hyper-personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages using AI research and human-first hooks

45-second personalized video pitches to C-level executives

Social selling via LinkedIn engagement and warm connection building

CRM pipeline management and follow-ups

The Work: Your Daily Impact:

You will learn to execute "Signal-Based Outreach." For example:

Identify: Find a company that just hired a new Department Head.

Research: Use AI to find their top priority for 2026.

Action: Send a personalized email and video intro explaining how we solve their specific new challenge.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Final year student or recent graduate (BBA, Marketing, or Communication).

Language: Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
