Plego is hiring multiple highly process-oriented Sales Operations Managers (Remote) to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to our sales execution. This is not a sales role, you will not carry a quota. Instead, you will ensure the sales team follows the process, maintains clean CRM updates, stays on top of follow-ups, and moves deals forward on time. This role also supports light PM coordination when needed.
This is a WFH position. Timings: 6:30 pm to 4:00 am (Pakistan Standard Time)
If you have 3+ years of experience in sales ops, business ops, or revenue ops, plus strong skills in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), reporting, SOPs, and team coordination, we want to talk. Bonus points if you have experience in IT services sales environments, proposal coordination, or basic project management workflows.
