Position: Sales Lead Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate potential sales leads for digital services through online research, cold calling, and outreach platforms.
• Research target markets, startups, and businesses to identify new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget ranges, and project intent.
• Maintain and regularly update accurate lead data in CRM systems and internal tracking tools.
• Communicate professionally with prospects via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to introduce NAVIX services.
• Coordinate closely with the sales, design, and development teams for the smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Follow up consistently to nurture prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
• Track performance and prepare basic lead generation reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship or lead generation experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, digital services, and client acquisition.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, online tools, and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
