➡️ Role Overview
Paklogics is hiring an RFP Specialist / US BDE with hands-on experience in scraping and identifying US-based RFPs in the technology domain, including web development, mobile applications, AI/ML, and design services. The ideal candidate should also be skilled in creating and submitting technical proposals aligned with client requirements.
➡️ Key Responsibilities
▪️Scrape and identify relevant RFPs/RFQs from US-based platforms and portals.
▪️Analyze RFP requirements related to web, mobile, AI/ML, and design & development services.
▪️Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
▪️Coordinate with technical teams to gather accurate estimates, timelines, and scope.
▪️Conduct US client communication and follow-ups via calls and emails when required.
▪️Maintain records of submitted RFPs, responses, and outcomes in CRM or tracking sheets.
▪️Track proposal performance and suggest improvements to increase win rates.
➡️ Required Skills & Experience
▪️1–2 years of experience in scraping US-based RFPs in the tech domain.
▪️Proven experience in proposal writing for web, mobile, AI/ML, and software development projects.
▪️Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling.
▪️Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
▪️Experience with platforms, portals, or RFP sources used in the US market.

▪️Background as a Business Development Executive (BDE)
▪️Experience dealing with US/UK clients
▪️Familiarity with CRM tools
