Key Responsibilities:
● Lead restaurant operations – food quality, service & hygiene
● Manage staff recruitment, training & performance
● Drive sales & control costs
● Oversee inventory & vendor management
● Ensure compliance with policies & health/safety rules
● Resolve guest concerns & prepare performance reports
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● 4–6 years’ restaurant/hospitality management experience
● Leadership & communication skills
● Flexible to work shifts, weekends & holidays
