CubeXS Weatherly (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for Resident Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security
* Coordinate with ISPs and external vendors to promptly resolve connectivity and network-related issues
* Provide day-to-day IT support, including Windows troubleshooting, hardware installation, and routine maintenance
* Manage IT assets, including inventory management, allocation, and lifecycle management of laptops and systems
* Conduct monthly software audits to ensure compliance with authorized and licensed software usage
* Administer Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy management
* Prepare and share weekly network status reports and monthly IT performance reports
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in network administration and enterprise IT support environments
* Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networks, routers, switches, and basic firewall configurations
* Hands-on experience with Windows environments and enterprise-level IT support
* Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SSO solutions, and endpoint/device management
* Relevant certifications, such as CCNA or equivalent will be preferred
