NOWPDP is looking for a Research & MEL Associate, based in Karachi.
.
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
.
Experience & Skills:
.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Research & MEL with a focus on disability.
* Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.
* Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Stata, Power BI, SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox, and NVivo.
* Solid knowledge of MEL fundamentals including logframes, theory of change, MEL plans, spot checks, pre/post-tests, baselines, and endlines.
* Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
