Position: Regional Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular training sessions for promoters and field force.
Ensure 100% compliance with brand display and merchandising standards.
Develop and implement training plans in coordination with FF.
Monitor promoter performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Prepare training reports and share actionable insights with management.
Support in new product launches and retail activations with strong on-ground training.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
2–4 years of experience in training, sales development, or retail management (preferably in the mobile/tech industry).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of smartphones and consumer electronics.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
