🎓 Qualification:
* MBA - SCM from a recognized institution.
💼 Required Experience & Skills:
* 10 - 12 years of hands proven experience in managing warehouse operations including a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar managerial role.
* Experience in managing large-scale warehouses with high SKU volumes and operating in fast-paced distribution environments.
* Strong exposure to 3PL operations, hub-and-spoke distribution models and experience within the FMCG sector is preferred, along with strong working knowledge of SAP and WMS platforms.
