We’re Hiring for Ghani Glass Limited | Field Manager - Tableware
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support field sales teams to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share.
Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence.
Ensure product visibility and merchandising at retail outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure the execution of sales plans.
Prepare field performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in field sales/area management, preferably in the tableware or crockery sector.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
