Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Liberty Books is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen its human resources function. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits.

- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.

- Promote employee engagement, culture-building, and learning & development initiatives.

- Maintain HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in retail or multi-location organizations will be an added advantage.
