Job Title: Payroll Officer
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
·Assisting in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
·Assisting in calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
·Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
·Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee compensation data
·Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
·Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
·Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems
Skills:
·Excellent in Ms. Excel
·Strong Analytical skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Education:
·At least Master's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
·Minimum 1 year in a similar role (preferably in logistics).
