Job Responsibilities:
• Provide regional-level support for recovery operations to ensure timely resolution of pending cases.
• Coordinate with zonal and branch teams to monitor recovery targets and performance.
• Follow up on overdue payments, outstanding recoveries, and high-risk accounts.
• Analyze recovery data and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Support implementation of recovery strategies and SOPs across the region.
• Liaise with finance, and operations teams for escalated or critical cases.
