Qualifications:
DVM, Bachelor's, or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of successful sales experience in the poultry feed or animal nutrition industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned regions.
Lead and manage regional sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, farmers, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback to internal teams to support product improvement and marketing initiatives.
Report on regional sales performance to senior management.
