Recruitment Officer

Mian Group of Chakwal is one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing retail chains in electronics & home appliances with 120+ branches across Punjab, KPK, Islamabad, South Punjab and beyond. 

We are looking for a professional Recruitment Officer 

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all branches and Head Office. The role demands a highly energetic, communicative, and target-driven individual who can fill positions quickly within strict Turn-Around-Time (TAT), maintain a healthy talent pipeline, and deliver quality hires consistently.

Required Qualifications & Experience

MBA in HR / HRM (from HEC-recognized university) – mandatory

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR (fresh MBA with strong internship can be considered)

Proven track record of filling positions quickly and in high volume

Excellent command over spoken and written English + Urdu (must be very fluent and confident in communication)

Strong knowledge of modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – must have used at least one (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable, Taleo, or local systems)

Very good networking with head-hunters, placement consultants, and job portals

Excellent interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking & reporting)

Age preference: 24–32 years (energetic and target-oriented mindset required)

Preferred Skills

Previous experience in retail / multi-branch organizations

Familiarity with high-volume frontline hiring (sales staff, security guards, branch staff)

Ability to handle pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets

Own motorcycle / car and valid driving license (occasional travel to branches / universities may be required)

What We Offer

Attractive fixed salary: PKR 85,000 per month
