🚀 We’re Hiring | Recruitment Manager (Remote)
Carpe Diem looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage bulk hiring initiatives for a software house environment
✅ Handle end-to-end technical and non-technical hiring across multiple roles
✅ Plan and execute university hiring programs, campus drives, and job fairs
✅ Build strong relationships with universities, placement cells, and external partners
✅ Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
✅ Manage and optimize recruitment activities using ATS and recruitment software
✅ Track recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and candidate pipelines
✅ Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring
✅ Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
✅ Coach, mentor, and support recruiters to achieve hiring targets
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager in a software house
✅ Proven experience managing a recruitment team
✅ Strong exposure to bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment
✅ Hands-on experience in technical & non-technical hiring
✅ Experience managing university hiring / job fairs
✅ Strong working knowledge of ATS and recruitment software
✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
