🔑 Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in Business Development & U.S. Recruitment
Strong knowledge of U.S. staffing/recruitment processes
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools & sourcing platforms
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
🌟 Preferred:
Experience with offshore/remote U.S. recruitment delivery
Strong U.S. client network (Hiring Managers, MSPs, VMS partners)
Background in both technical & non-technical recruitment
