Prima Systems is looking for "Recruitment Executive" (BPO Industry) for our Lahore office.
Experience: 2-3 years
Timings: 3PM-12AM
Location: Johar Town
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create effective job postings.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
BPO Hiring experience is a plus
