📍 Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing near DHA Phase 5 Islamabad.
We are looking for a pleasant, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and support basic administrative functions. This role is critical in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
✅ Job Requirements:
🎓 Minimum Bachelor’s degree
🗣️ Good communication skills in English & Urdu
💼 Presentable personality with a professional attitude
💻 Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
📌 Relevant experience will be preferred
📍 Local residents will be preferred
🧾 Job Description / Duties:
🤝 Receiving, welcoming, and guiding visitors in a courteous and professional manner
📞 Attending, screening, and transferring incoming phone calls accurately
📝 Maintaining visitor logbooks and issuing visitor passes
🏢 Managing front desk operations and ensuring reception area cleanliness and discipline
📨 Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier dispatch/receipts
📅 Scheduling meetings and informing concerned staff about visitors and appointments
🔄 Coordinating with internal departments for routine administrative matters
📂 Supporting basic administrative tasks as assigned by management
