Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Eastern Housing, Lahore
Eastern Housing is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support building & infrastructure projects. The role involves cost estimation, contract management, procurement, valuation, and risk analysis, along with effective use of software tools.
Requirements:
Minimum DAE in Civil / Architecture (Bachelor’s preferred).
At least 4 years of relevant experience in building/infrastructure projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, BIM tools (Primavera P6 a plus).
Experience in preparing BOQs, tender documents, and rate analysis.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Strong skills in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Knowledge of contract administration & local construction laws.
