🔬 Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead and oversee QC operations in our laboratory. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in analytical techniques and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise Quality Control laboratory activities

Perform and review analyses using HPLC, UV–Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, GC (if applicable)

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and ICH guidelines

Review and approve analytical methods, validation protocols, and reports

Oversee method development, validation, and transfer

Investigate OOS, deviations, and CAPA implementation

Train, mentor, and evaluate QC analysts

Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and audit readiness

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

MSc / MPhil / Pharm-D / Chemistry or related discipline

Strong expertise in HPLC, UV, Dissolution apparatus, pH meter, and other analytical instruments

Sound knowledge of ICH guidelines, pharmacopeias (USP, BP, IP)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Strong documentation and reporting abilities

Experience with stability studies

Hands-on experience with calibration and qualification of analytical instruments

Exposure to regulatory audits and inspections
