Tech Solutions.ae is hiring a QA Lead with 5-7 years of QA experience, including 2-3 years in a lead role. The candidate should have strong skills in SQL, API & database testing, UI/web testing, and report validation, leading QA initiatives while staying hands-on in manual testing. Exposure to validation processes and CFR 21 is a plus.

๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Lead QA activities and mentor the team.
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and QA strategies.
- Perform manual testing (UI/Web, APIs, Databases).
- Execute SQL queries for backend and report validation.
- Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Track defects and collaborate closely with developers.
- Maintain test documentation (RTM, test reports).
- Improve test coverage and ensure SDLC/STLC & Agile compliance.
- Nice to have: iOS mobile testing experience.

- 5 to 7 years of QA experience, including 2โ3 years in a QA Lead role.
- Strong experience in manual, API (Postman), and database testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and backend validation.
- Familiarity with validation processes/CFR 21 is a plus.
- Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
