We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to join our team in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in restaurant procurement and supply chain management.

#Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing of food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with restaurant standards and cost-effectiveness

#Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Purchase Officer in the restaurant sector
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
