Project Manager (Technical)

We are a fast-growing software development services company based in Gulberg, Lahore, delivering custom web, mobile, AI and enterprise solutions to local and international clients.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager (Technical) to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software projects, on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing software development projects in a services-based environment and is comfortable handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation to delivery)

Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

Develop detailed project plans and track progress

Coordinate with Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, and QA teams

Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives

Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Manage change requests and scope adjustments effectively

Prepare status reports and performance metrics for management and clients

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience managing software development projects (services-based company preferred)

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience managing web and mobile application and AI development projects

Excellent leadership and communication

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

Experience working with international and local clients

PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certification (a plus)

Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
