About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Project/Account Manager to join our growing team.

You will lead project execution, manage key client accounts, and ensure smooth communication between teams — acting as the crucial bridge between clients and our technical departments.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects (planning → deployment)

✔️ Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts

✔️ Coordinate with developers, QA, and design teams on timelines & requirements

✔️ Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules

✔️ Track budgets, monitor risks, and handle scope changes

✔️ Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum)

✔️ Oversee QA processes and post-delivery support

✔️ Build long-term client relationships & identify upselling opportunities

Requirements

🎯 5+ years as a Project Manager or Account Manager (preferably in tech/software)

🎯 Exceptional organizational & time-management skills

🎯 Strong client communication & stakeholder management

🎯 Experience with project tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)

🎯 Ability to translate between technical & non-technical teams

🎯 Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field

🎯 Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

✨ Experience with remote/distributed teams

✨ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices

✨ Exposure to eCommerce, ERP, POS, or compliance-driven systems
