Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering

Reports to: CEO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing software or IT projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.

Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.

Mentor and guide project team members for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or software development projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
