Job Title: Project Management Intern (Technical – .NET & QA)

Experience: Fresh Graduate / Internship / 0–1 Year

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Employment Type: Internship / Full-time (Based on performance)

Phentech Private Limited is looking for a motivated fresh graduate or entry-level candidate who is interested in starting a career in project management within a technical environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of software development who want hands-on exposure to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in planning and coordinating software development projects.

• Support communication between developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.

• Help track project progress, tasks, and deadlines.

• Maintain basic project documentation such as task lists, timelines, and reports.

• Participate in project meetings and take notes/action items.

• Assist in testing, QA coordination, and deployment activities when required.

• Learn and follow Agile/Scrum project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or final semester) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or

related field.

• Basic understanding of software development concepts (preferably .NET/C#).

• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

• Willingness to learn project management tools and methodologies.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL Server, APIs, or web development.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts.

• Exposure to tools like Trello, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp.

• Internship or academic project experience.
