๐ Act as the key link between our clients and on-ground IT engineers, no tech wizardry required, just solid communication.
ย ๐๏ธ Coordinate daily service operations, track tasks, ensure timelines, and keep everything running smoothly.
ย ๐ Maintain service records, follow-ups, and project documentation.
ย ๐ค Join live client calls and internal team huddles.
ย โ๏ธ Spot gaps, suggest improvements, and help fine-tune service delivery processes.
ย ๐ Handle real-time project coordination across multiple locations, think global, act local.

ย โ A fresh graduate in BSIT, BSCS, or any operations-related field
ย โ Excellent spoken and written communication, youโll be the messenger and mediator
ย โ Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
ย โ A collaborative spirit who can work with both clients and engineers alike
