We’re Hiring | Production Supervisor

Location: 12.5 KM Satyana Road, Opposite Sargodha University, Faisalabad
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and control daily textile chemical production operations
Plan and execute batch production as per approved formulations
Ensure production targets with minimum wastage
Monitor reactors, mixers, emulsification, and blending processes
Coordinate with Quality Control for in-process and final testing
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety rules, and MSDS
Manage manpower, shift scheduling, and operator performance
Identify process deviations and take corrective actions
Coordinate with Maintenance for smooth plant operations
Maintain accurate production and shift records
Requirements:
Education: DAE Chemical / or relevant field
Experience: 3–5 years in textile chemical manufacturing
Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and safety awareness
