Production & Operations Lead

I am #hiring for the position of 'Production & Operations Lead' for an upcoming skincare brand in Lahore, Model Town.

Job Description:
1. Production Management
Oversee the full cycle of production — from planning to final output.
Coordinate with contract manufacturers and third-party partners to ensure timelines, quality standards, and compliance.
Manage batch planning based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.

2. Supply Chain & Procurement
Source and procure raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from reliable vendors.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely deliveries.
Monitor stock levels across warehouses and marketplaces; prevent stockouts or overstocking.

3. Quality Assurance
Work closely with QC teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance at every stage.
Maintain documentation and records as per industry and internal standards.

4. Inventory & Logistics
Optimize warehousing, inventory holding, and order fulfillment.
Liaise with logistics partners (domestic & international) for smooth and timely deliveries.
Implement tracking tools and systems to monitor operations in real time.

5. Process Improvement
Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the supply chain; suggest and implement process improvements.
Set up SOPs and dashboards for better transparency and efficiency.

Job Specifications:
1. 4–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing (preferably in personal/skin care, or cosmetics ).

2. Deep understanding of vendor management, procurement, and logistics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

3. A proactive problem-solver who’s equally comfortable in a factory unit or strategy meeting.

4. Hands-on experience with inventory systems, ERP tools, or supply chain software is a plus.

5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA will be a plus but not mandatory.
