Rastgar Engineering is seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Product Manager Lead to drive our mechanical design and product innovation efforts. Role Overview
As Product Manager Lead, you will guide the design team, manage end-to-end product development activities, review and validate mechanical designs, oversee prototype development and testing, perform essential engineering calculations, and ensure smooth project execution from concept through final delivery.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
8–10 years of relevant industry experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools
Excellent project management and technical documentation skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Analytical, solution-driven mindset with solid technical depth
Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
