📌 Position: Printing Supervisor
📍 Location: 18km Lahore–Kasur Road, Industrial Area, Suffiabad
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily printing operations ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Oversee Metallized Printing and Offset Printing processes.
Manage and guide the printing team, ensuring adherence to SOPs and production schedules.
Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of production, wastage, and shift performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Metallized & Offset Printing.
Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a printing environment.
Strong knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and quality standards.
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain team discipline.
DAE (Mechanical/Printing) or relevant qualification preferred.
