Performance Marketing Specialist (Night Shift): 💼
Responsibilities:
📑Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
💻Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions), and implement data-driven optimizations.
📊 Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
📝Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance.
🗒️Track market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to recommend improvements.
Requirements:
🧑 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce performance marketing.
💻 Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
🗣️ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
