We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer (Remote)
Carpe Diem is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience running high-converting paid campaigns and optimizing funnels, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Details:
📍 Location: Remote
⏰ Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
💼 Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Analyze performance metrics and improve ROI
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Scale winning campaigns efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience in performance marketing
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Experience with international clients is a plus
