Are you passionate about driving performance, achieving targets, and leading teams to success? We’re looking for a Performance Manager to join our BPO Operations team.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Monitor and improve agent performance and QA standards
✔ Track KPIs, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency
✔ Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights
✔ Coach and guide teams to achieve business goals
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3–5 years of experience in BPO operations or performance management
🔹 Strong knowledge of KPIs, QA, and analytics
🔹 Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
🔹 Proficiency in performance tools, MS Excel/Power BI (a plus)
