𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 (1–3 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞)

Are you passionate about performance marketing and know how to generate real B2B results? PureLogics is looking for a Paid Campaign Specialist with hands-on experience running paid campaigns for software services or B2B offerings and a proven ability to drive measurable growth.

🚀 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads & Reddit Ads

Generate qualified B2B leads and improve CPL

Define target audiences and ICPs for software services

Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages

Manage conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, tags)

Collaborate closely with sales to improve lead quality

Share weekly performance insights with clear action plans

🎯 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

1–3 years of hands-on paid ads experience (B2B preferred)

Proven track record of delivering measurable results

Strong understanding of funnels, conversions & optimization

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Ability to work on-site and collaborate cross-functionally

⭐ 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:

Experience in SaaS, software development, or tech services

Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools

Knowledge of landing page optimization & retargeting
