We’re looking for energetic and motivated Outbound Sales Agents to join our international call center team and connect with clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound international calls to potential customers.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales over the phone.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

1+ year experience in Outbound Sales, Telesales, Call Center, BPO, or Cold Calling (international campaign preferred).

Excellent English communication and persuasive selling skills.

Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).

Ability to handle objections and convert leads efficiently.
