Job Title: Operation Theatre (OT) Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and dedicated OT Technician to assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff in the Operation Theatre. The role involves preparing the OT, maintaining surgical instruments, and ensuring strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgeries
· Arrange, sterilize, and handle surgical instruments and equipment
· Assist surgeons and OT staff during procedures as required
· Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment and report faults
· Follow sterilization, infection control, and safety standards
· Maintain OT records, inventory, and documentation
· Support patient positioning and transfer under supervision
Eligibility / Qualifications:
· Diploma or Certification in Operation Theatre Technology
· Experience in OT setup and surgical assistance preferred
· Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols
· Willingness to work in shifts, including emergency calls
· Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience:
· Fresh candidates or 1–2 years of OT experience preferred
