In this role, you’ll engage with patients and healthcare providers to assess health reports, deliver compassionate consultations, and contribute to medical research insights all while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Conduct outbound calls to assess enrolled research volunteers’ health status

✅ Review and discuss medical reports with patients and their doctors

✅ Deliver accurate, empathetic, and high quality patient communication

✅ Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant diseases and treatments

✅ Ensure all data and reports meet the highest accuracy and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 MBBS Graduate (Mandatory)

🗣️ Excellent English communication skills

💡 Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail oriented

🏢 Must be based in Karachi (onsite role)

🌙 Comfortable working night/overnight shifts (US hours)
