We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding and Communication Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, maintain communication channels across various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding new employees through their integration process while staying on top of administrative tasks, announcements, and correspondence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

New hire onboarding:

Coordinate with new hires from the moment their offer email is sent until they are fully integrated into our systems.

Set up new hires on data compute with their partner emails. 

Assist new hires in setting up and navigating teams, Slack, and WhatsApp. Record and address any outstanding onboarding issues with the uber Onboarding team.

Collaborate with the uber team to stay updated on task announcements and changes. 

Compose draft announcements for Teams, WhatsApp, and Administrative 

Task Management: 

Regularly update and maintain key tracking documents, including:

▪Onboarding & off-boarding tracker.

▪ Active task & auditors list.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, SharePoint, Teams, Slack. • Experience in drafting announcements and managing correspondence.
