We’re Hiring: Officer IT Support
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Company: Imtiaz Super Market
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot POS systems, desktops, printers, scanners, and CCTV systems
Ensure smooth operation of network connectivity and internet services
Coordinate with the Head Office IT team for system upgrades and issue resolution
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Ensure data security and adherence to IT policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant IT support experience (retail experience preferred)
Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and POS systems
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts, if required
