Our Next Talent Program is a 12-month structured development journey designed to immerse young talent into the dynamic ecosystem of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), one of the largest bottlers of The Coca-Cola System.

Eligibility Criteria

A bachelor’s degree in business management, Social Sciences, Engineering or ACCA

Fresh to Maximum 1 year’s work experience after graduation

Available to work full-time starting from 1st August 2026

Open to relocation

*For the Supply Chain department: Preferably Chemical, Electrical and Electronics, Food and Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering students

*For the Finance department: Preferably ACCA or Accounting and Finance
